Customised flash drives from Gecko Media
There are two ways to produce customised flash drives. The first way is to use existing moulds and printing logos onto these. The second way is to manufacture a fully customised flash drive from scratch.
Using Existing moulds
USB shapes have been produced by various factories in china. The flash companies purchase these housings and assemble their flash drives into these. The images below are examples of these.

We can use these moulds and customise them by adding your clients logo's. Various print methods are used.

- Min order 200 units
- Print up to 4 colours
- Flash memory sizes 1Gb up to 8GB
- Turnaround 3-4 weeks.
Prices:
- 1 and 2GB - R95.00 each ex Vat. (1 Gb and 2Gb currently same price in China due to 1Gb shortage)
- 4Gb - R 109.00 each ex Vat
- 8GB - R 189.00 each ex Vat

Fully customised flash drives
We can also design totally exclusive flash drives for your clients. These are made from moulded PVC. The images below show examples of these.
In order to produce fully customised flash drives we require a picture of the logo or object. See design process below.
